Driven by the profound philosophy of Dr. Peter Attia, who advocates for a lifetime of preparation leading to the "Marginal Decade" — the last 10 years of our lives.

These years, often unforeseen, become the focal point of a journey marked by realistic aspirations. For me, it's about envisioning goals like effortlessly picking up my 3-year-old grandchild or maintaining the ability to put on pants while standing. Regardless of the specific goal, the essence lies in enhancing the quality of life as we gracefully age.
